Shipping Options

All orders are normally shipped by Standard post to UK Mainland and Royal Mail Airmail to locations outside the UK. Shipping insurance and guarantees as provided by Royal Mail are presented as optional during checkout. Please choose the Recorded shipping option if you require a tracking number with your order.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt of cleared payments. For shipping addresses within the UK, orders are usually delivered with 48-72 hours of dispatch. Shipping addresses outside the UK could take upto two weeks after dispatch.

If you wish to track your order, please choose the tracking/recorded delivery option during checkout.

Special Notes

• At iFaru.com we always endeavour to charge the lowest possible shipping charges. We do not attempt to make any profit on the shipping cost.
• The terms 'Shipping' and 'Postage and Packing' refer to the cost and means of delivery to ensure that items are delivered to the customer in the best possible condition and lowest possible price. They are both intended to convey the same meaning.
• The term Dispatch means that the order has been handed over to the shipping company
• The term Delivered means that the shipping company has delivered/attempted to deliver the order to the shipping address. For tracked orders an attempt means that the order was taken to the shipping address but no one was available to receive it.
• Prices are subject to change based on variation in our preferred Shipping Company's charges and the cost of postage and packaging materials.
• iFaru uses the services provided by Royal Mail to ship its items therefore all guarantees for delivery are based on the guarantees provided by Royal Mail. Please visit Royal Mail for more information about shipping guarantees and associated costs.

 

Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and respect your right to change your mind. Therefore we offer a no quibbles money back guarantee.

Returns Duration

All returns must be agreed in advance with iFaru and completed within 21 days of purchase. 

Condition of Items

Items must be returned in the condition they were sent and must be sent by recorded post to ensure that they are covered for loss and damage. Once items have been opened or used, they cannot be returned.

Amount Refunded

Shipping charges, if any, will not be refunded.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee.
